Seeking a Service-Oriented Individual for Our Family-Run Hotel

For the 2026/27 winter season, we are looking for a warm and motivated individual to join our service team. If hospitality is more than just a job to you and you enjoy working in a family-like environment, we look forward to receiving your application.

Duration of deployment

📅 From mid-December 2026 through the end of March 2027

With the possibility of continued employment during the 2027 summer season, starting in early June.

Your Responsibilities

  • Support and Advice for Our Hotel and Restaurant Guests
  • Running Your Own Service Station
  • Serving Food and Beverages
  • Mise-en-place and general preparation tasks
  • Shared responsibility for ensuring that service operations run smoothly

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Experience in Customer Service
  • Proficiency in German and English
  • Knowledge of French is a plus
  • A friendly and well-groomed appearance
  • Ability to work independently and reliably
  • Enjoyment of working with guests and a team spirit

Seeking a Front Desk Associate for Our Family-Run Hotel

For the 2026/27 winter season, we’re looking for a warm, organized, and dedicated person to join our team. Are you the first point of contact for our guests, able to keep a clear head even during hectic moments, and do you appreciate the variety of a lively hotel environment? If so, we look forward to getting to know you.

Duration of deployment

📅From mid-December 2026 through the end of March 2027

We would prefer that you start the position as early as possible between mid-September and early October 2026, so that you can undergo comprehensive training before the season begins.

With the possibility of continued employment during the 2027 summer season.

Workload

80 to 100%

Your Responsibilities

  • Welcoming and Assisting Our Domestic and International Guests
  • Check-in and Check-out
  • Receiving and Processing Reservations
  • Communication via email and phone
  • Handling guest requests and providing information
  • General administrative tasks at the reception desk
  • Temporary Help at Our Hotel Bar
  • Coordination and Communication Between the Service Staff and the Kitchen (Pass)
  • Room inspections and close collaboration with housekeeping
  • Shared responsibility for ensuring smooth operations between the various departments

What You’ll Bring to the Table

  • Experience working at a hotel front desk or in the hospitality industry is a plus
  • Excellent German skills, as well as good English and French skills
  • Confidence in using a computer and enjoyment of administrative tasks
  • A friendly and professional demeanor
  • Organizational skills and the ability to stay on top of things even in hectic situations
  • Team spirit, flexibility, and a sense of responsibility
  • Enjoyment of interacting with guests
